The Onventis Adapter for Amazon Business

Once you have logged into Amazon and stored the interface information in the Onventis e-procurement system, Amazon Business will appear directly in your catalog overview. With just one click, you will be redirected to the Amazon Business portal. Search for the desired items in Amazon Business and fill your shopping basket. Finally, send the items for approval. The items are transferred to the shopping cart in the Onventis e-procurement system. You can decide which additional marketplace providers you want to allow for orders. A purchase order is generated from the shopping cart, which now goes into the company’s internal approval process and only then is electronically transmitted to Amazon. After Amazon receives the order, an order information with all details in an overview is sent.

There are now many customers from a wide range of industries who work successfully with us. Meanwhile, 23 of the DAX30 corporations use Amazon Business. Also very many SMEs manage their tail spend or their MRO goods through us. At the same time, we continue to observe growing interest in holistic, digital procurement solutions such as Onventis, especially among SMEs.
