Onventis Ranks High in Customer Satisfaction
Spend Matters recently released its Spring 2023 SolutionMap, comparing 79 procurement technology vendors across over 500 RFI requirements. Onventis is pleased to announce that it has again been recognized as a mid-market leader. Our products feature within the top 10 of the Direct Sourcing category and the top 20 in the Analytics, AP Automation, Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay, and eProcurement categories.
As much as the analyst feedback is appreciated, we are more eager to share the responses from our customers. Throughout these categories, our products had an average Net Promoter Score (a metric used in customer experience programs to measure the loyalty of customers) of over 9 out of 10.
Both our Analytics and AP Automation products stood out as crowd-pleasers. Onventis Analytics scored really with customers, particularly in innovation, category depth/support, and the ability to maximize spend under management. The top differentiators for AP Automation were innovation, systems integration, and broader suite capability.
